Handirack UK Ltd operates a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back within 14 days in accordance with the following guidelines:
Please advise us by email at sales@handirackuk.com within 14 days of delivery that you wish to make a return and quote your order number. If you have a fault with an item, please use the same email address to log your return and to be issued with a returns number.
We will send you details of your returns number and the address to use.
Please ensure that the packaging and goods are returned to us in 'as new' condition. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
When we are in receipt of the goods, your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item returned, minus the cost of the outward despatch. Please note that goods are returned to Handirack UK Ltd at your own cost.

Handirack UK Ltd may at any time revise any of the above Terms & Conditions by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to inspect and be bound by any such revisions as they arise.
