The HandiRack No-Quibble-Guarantee:

This guarantee only applies to HandiRacks that are purchased through the HandiRack website or call centre.

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your HandiRack, that we offer a no-quibble-guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your HandiRack for whatever reason, please email sales@handirackuk.com and we will issue you with a returns number.

Please then return your HandiRack within 14 days in the original packaging, to the address below.  We recommend that you send your return by recorded delivery.  Goods are returned to Handirack UK Ltd at your own cost.  Once your goods are received and inspected, your credit card will be credited with the cost of the item, less any costs relating to outward despatch (in the instance that this has been paid for).
